A submission portal usually cares about the final file type, size and page order. Start with the portal requirements and a copy of each original. A successful export is only one step: reopen the exact downloaded file before submitting it.
Keep only the required pages
If a six-page source only needs pages 2 and 4, extract those pages into a new PDF. Check that each selected page belongs to the right document. Removing a page is different from removing information within a page.
Combine documents in the requested order
Add the main document first and supporting attachments afterwards. Use the ordered file list before merging. For example, a two-page application followed by three pages of attachments should produce five pages. If the portal asks for separate files, keep them separate.
Correct page order and orientation
Inspect the combined document. Move misplaced pages and rotate sideways scans before numbering. Keep the original filenames in your own notes so you can rebuild the package if an attachment changes.
Compare size and quality
Try structural optimization first when text selection matters. Image-only compression changes what the output contains. Check a dense table, small text, stamps and signatures; a smaller file is not useful if it becomes unreadable.
Verify the exact final copy
Select the downloaded result and compare its count with your expected total. Open the first, middle and last pages in your normal viewer. Check the portal size limit again; ToolVero cannot guarantee a particular target size for every document.
Before you finish
Keep the downloaded output with a clear name. Confirm the recipient accepts its format, verify every attachment, and submit only after inspecting the actual saved file.
Privacy and handoff between steps
Download each result, inspect it, then select that file in the next tool. ToolVero does not automatically transfer your file between these pages. Public libraries and advertising can make separate network requests; the selected-file processing workflow is explained in the Privacy Center.
