Privacy Policy

How ToolVero handles information and online services.

Last updated: September 28, 2026.

ToolVero is operated and maintained by Fahad Farid. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you visit ToolVero.co, use its tools or contact us.

Privacy-first processing

Many ToolVero utilities are designed around local browser processing. Privacy is a core design principle, but different tools can have different technical dependencies. As of September 13, 2026, our static audit of the 72 public tools found no direct file-upload request to a ToolVero file-processing endpoint. Where a tool processes a file locally, the selected file is handled by your browser rather than being sent to a ToolVero file-processing server.

Some tools load public JavaScript libraries, WebAssembly components, processing models, fonts or other resources from third-party content delivery networks. A browser connection to retrieve those resources is not the same as uploading your selected file to ToolVero. See the Privacy Center for the current technical audit, methodology and limitations. Read the individual tool page when a workflow is sensitive or technically important.

Information you provide

If you contact ToolVero, the information you include in your message may be used to respond, investigate a reported problem, prevent abuse and improve the site. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, private keys, recovery phrases or other secrets through a contact message.

Hosting, security and request data

ToolVero is delivered through web-hosting and security infrastructure. As with most websites, the infrastructure that serves a request may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, timestamp, network and security signals, and similar request metadata needed to deliver and protect the site. This operational request data is separate from the contents of a file that a browser-side tool processes locally.

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

ToolVero may use browser storage or similar technologies that are necessary for site functionality. Advertising, consent or analytics services can also use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers when those services are enabled. Where consent or another legal basis is required, the relevant choices should be presented through an appropriate consent mechanism.

The installable ToolVero web app uses a service worker and the browser Cache Storage API to keep selected public pages, styles, icons and tool code available after the first successful online visit. ToolVero does not intentionally place the PDFs, images, text inputs or generated output files you select into this offline cache. You can remove cached public app files through your browser's site-data or installed-app controls.

Google Analytics

ToolVero uses Google Analytics measurement ID G-6NRRH0BDJT to understand aggregate site usage, popular pages and technical performance signals. Google Analytics can process information such as page URL, device and browser details, approximate location derived from network information, interaction events and similar identifiers. ToolVero uses this data to improve the website and does not use Analytics to inspect the contents of files processed locally in browser-based tools.

More information about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services is available in Google's partner-sites privacy information. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser controls, and some regions may receive additional consent choices where required.

Google AdSense and advertising cookies

ToolVero has applied to use Google AdSense to help support the free service. When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to ToolVero or other websites. Google's advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to ToolVero and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. More information about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services is available in Google's partner-sites privacy information. If additional third-party advertising vendors or networks are enabled, this policy may be updated to identify them and explain relevant privacy choices.

Consent for the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland

For advertising to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ToolVero will use an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform where required for Google advertising. The consent interface may let visitors make choices about advertising cookies, personalized advertising and related data processing. Those choices can affect which types of ads are eligible to be served.

Third-party libraries and services

Some tools and site features depend on third-party libraries, content delivery networks or external services. Loading those resources can create a network request to the relevant provider. ToolVero does not control the privacy or availability practices of independent third parties, so their own policies apply to information they process.

Children

ToolVero is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide unnecessary personal information through the service.

Data security and retention

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep backups of important files and avoid entering secrets into tools unless required and appropriate. Information voluntarily sent through support channels may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, investigate problems, prevent abuse and maintain the service, subject to applicable requirements.

Your privacy choices

You can choose not to submit information through the contact channel, use browser controls to manage local storage and cookies, and use the advertising choices described above when Google advertising is active. Consent interfaces may provide additional choices for visitors in regions with specific privacy requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when ToolVero adds services, changes processing methods, introduces or changes advertising or analytics, or updates third-party dependencies. The date above will be changed when material amendments are made.
