Terms of Use

Last updated: September 21, 2026.

These Terms of Use explain the conditions for using ToolVero.co and its browser-based utilities. By using the site, you agree to use the tools lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the service.

1. Purpose of the service

ToolVero provides free general-purpose utilities for PDF, image, text, calculator, developer, barcode, QR and related digital tasks. The tools are intended to make common workflows more convenient. ToolVero does not promise that every tool will be suitable for every file, device, browser or use case.

2. Your responsibility for files and data

You may only upload, select, transform or otherwise process files and information that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for respecting copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contractual obligations and other rights that apply to the material you process.

Do not use ToolVero to distribute malware, attack or probe systems, bypass access controls, defeat document protections without authorization, facilitate unlawful activity, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

3. Check important outputs

Tool outputs can be affected by source-file quality, browser behavior, third-party libraries, device memory, rounding rules and other technical limitations. Review important results before relying on them and keep an original copy of valuable files.

Calculators, converters and informational content are provided for general convenience and education. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, tax, engineering, safety or other specialist advice. Decisions with significant consequences should be checked against authoritative sources or an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Browser processing and third-party components

Many ToolVero tools are designed to process data locally in the browser. Some tools depend on public JavaScript libraries, WebAssembly components, fonts, models or other resources delivered by third-party content delivery networks. Those dependencies can change, become unavailable or behave differently across browsers and devices.

For more detail about current processing behavior and technical limitations, see the Privacy Center and the individual tool page.

5. Service availability and changes

ToolVero may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue a tool, guide or feature when needed for security, maintenance, compatibility, policy compliance or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, a particular processing speed or continued compatibility with every file format.

6. No warranties

ToolVero is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties about uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free output, preservation of formatting, data recovery or compatibility with every file. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Limitation of responsibility

You remain responsible for how you use ToolVero and for reviewing the files or results it produces. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolVero and its maintainer are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by relying on an output, failing to keep a backup, using an incompatible file, or depending on a third-party service or library. This section does not limit liability where the law does not allow such a limitation.

8. ToolVero content and branding

The ToolVero name, site design, original written content and original site assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may link to ToolVero and use the tools for lawful personal or business tasks, but you may not misrepresent ToolVero content as your own service, remove ownership notices from original site materials, or imply an endorsement that does not exist.

9. External services and links

The site may link to or load services operated by third parties. ToolVero does not control those third parties and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices. Review the applicable third-party policies when relevant.

10. Privacy

Use of ToolVero is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains browser processing, support communications, advertising technologies, cookies and relevant consent mechanisms.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when ToolVero changes its services, technical dependencies, advertising setup or legal and policy obligations. The “Last updated” date will change when material amendments are made.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@toolvero.co or toolvero.co@gmail.com.
