Prepare Photos for Sharing
Turn several images into a practical PDF and reduce the result when the file needs to be smaller.
Step-by-step workflow
Last updated: September 6, 2026 · Maintained by Fahad Farid
Use the tools below in order. Each operation runs in your browser in the current public ToolVero implementation, so there is no need to upload your files to a ToolVero processing server.
1. JPG to PDF
Combine JPG or PNG images into a PDF.
2. Compress PDF
Reduce the PDF size when the output is too large to share.
3. Image Compressor
Alternative first step when the source images themselves are too large.
Before you finish
- Open the output and check that the content, order and formatting are correct.
- Keep the original files until you are satisfied with the result.
- Large files can use substantial browser memory, especially on phones.
Choose your next workflow
Browse PDF, image and data workflows or choose a PDF tool for a single operation.
Sharing individual photos? Check metadata too
If you need an image rather than a PDF, you can skip the PDF conversion steps. Work on a copy and check visible faces, addresses and other identifying details before sharing.
- Resize or compress the photo if needed using Image Resizer or Image Compressor.
- Use Image Metadata Remover to create a cleaned PNG copy. It does not preserve the original JPEG or WebP format, and the output can be larger.
- Inspect the downloaded copy and its filename. Metadata cleanup does not remove sensitive details visible in the picture.
Clean metadata after other edits where practical. If you edit or convert the cleaned image again, recheck the final output. Read the photo metadata guide for color, animation and format limitations.
