About Sign PDF — Add an Electronic Signature
Add a drawn, typed or image signature to a PDF in your browser. ToolVero keeps this workflow focused: choose the source PDF, set the options you need, create a new output and review it before sharing or replacing the original.
The operation is designed for browser processing. Your selected PDF is handled by the page rather than sent to a ToolVero file-processing server. Browser memory and third-party library compatibility can affect very large or unusual PDFs, so always verify important output.
How to use Sign PDF — Add an Electronic Signature
- Select the PDF from your device.
- Choose the settings required for your task.
- Run the operation and wait for the browser to finish.
- Open or inspect the new PDF before using it for an important submission.
Things to know
- Your original file is never overwritten by the download workflow.
- Large or complex PDFs may require more device memory and processing time.
- Third-party libraries can be downloaded from public CDNs when the tool loads.
- For password-protected PDFs, use the dedicated Protect/Unlock tools where appropriate rather than trying to force another tool to open an encrypted file.
Privacy and file handling
ToolVero's PDF tools are designed around local browser processing where practical. This page does not use a ToolVero upload endpoint for the selected document. Public library downloads are separate from uploading your document to ToolVero.
